Oxygen vs Deepline: the short answer

Choose OXYGEN if

  • You want to send where you enrich: Oxygen runs email with $4 inboxes and warm-up, where Deepline hands leads to a sequencer.
  • You want LinkedIn steps in your sequences, in the cloud at $34 a month per account, with no separate LinkedIn tool.
  • You want deals, a pipeline and every reply on one timeline; Deepline writes to your CRM and has no pipeline of its own.
  • You want WhatsApp steps beside email and LinkedIn in one sequence, at $34 a month per number.

Choose Deepline if

  • You build GTM in code and want the most data providers on one balance: 21 providers return work emails on Deepline credits.
  • Salesforce runs your pipeline: Deepline's Growth plan syncs Salesforce, HubSpot and Attio in real time, and Plays, its TypeScript workflows, write back.
  • Your security review asks for a SOC 2 Type 2 report, a public status page or SSO on an Enterprise plan.
  • You want a free company database of about 35 million records that your agent can query with SQL.

Why switch from Deepline to Oxygen

Sending needs a separate sequencer

Deepline sends no email: it pushes leads into sequencers such as Instantly or lemlist, each on its own plan. Oxygen sends email itself, with inboxes at $4 a month including warm-up.

Email deliverability in detail
An Oxygen sequence that visits a LinkedIn profile, sends an invite, waits for the connection, sends a message and then an email

LinkedIn runs in another tool

Deepline sends no LinkedIn steps; it adds profiles to a HeyReach campaign you create there first. Oxygen runs visits, invites, messages and InMail in the cloud at $34 a month per account.

Deals and replies live in a separate CRM

Deepline's llms.txt, the summary it publishes for AI tools, names HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio as the system of record that Deepline writes to. Oxygen keeps companies, people and deals in its own CRM, with every reply on the timeline, on every plan.

Lead data and signals: Oxygen vs Deepline

An Oxygen table of 18 leads with company, name, title, industry, employees, funding, a work email column and HQ
A lead list in an Oxygen table. The work email column runs the email waterfall on every row when you start it.

Where does Deepline get its lead data, and how does Oxygen's compare?

Deepline leads here. Its email-finding rate card lists 13 email finders, and counting person-enrichment tools such as Prospeo, 21 return work emails on Deepline credits. Its waterfall tries 7 in order, own keys carry no markup, and its pages disagree on whether managed misses cost credits. Oxygen's waterfalls try 17 email and 13 phone providers.

Does Deepline have tables for building lead lists?

Only Oxygen has spreadsheet tables. Deepline runs lists as CSV files through code Plays and keeps each run's rows in Runtime Sheets and a Postgres database you query with SQL. Oxygen's tables work like a spreadsheet, with relations, formulas and AI columns, up to 1,000,000 rows on the $49 plan.

How big is Deepline's own contact database?

About 35 million company records from a People Data Labs snapshot, free to search with SQL. Its pricing page calls it a company and people database. People search costs credits. Oxygen has no database of its own and searches through data providers, or Apollo on your own key.

Email, LinkedIn and more channels: Oxygen vs Deepline

How does Deepline protect deliverability, and what does Oxygen include?

Deepline sends no email, so it has none of these parts: leads go to Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist or another sequencer. Oxygen sends email itself, with Google and Microsoft inboxes at $4 a month, warm-up, placement tests, rotation, daily limits and a bounce pause. See mailboxes.

Does Deepline automate LinkedIn, and what does a sender cost?

No. Deepline reads LinkedIn profiles and posts through HarvestAPI and adds profiles to an existing HeyReach or lemlist campaign, which sends on its own plan. Oxygen runs visits, invites, messages, InMail, follows, likes and comments in the cloud at $34 a month per account. Two senders cost $73.70 a month in all, plan included.

Can Deepline send WhatsApp or SMS, or place calls, in a sequence?

Deepline has no WhatsApp, call or SMS steps of its own. It can push contacts to Nooks, Outreach or Salesloft, which run calls and tasks on their own accounts. Oxygen adds WhatsApp steps to the same sequence as email and LinkedIn, at $34 a month per number. Calls are in beta, and there is no SMS.

Can one Deepline sequence mix channels, and where do replies land?

No. Deepline adds leads to campaigns in the sequencer you already run, and replies stay there. Oxygen mixes email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one sequence and branches on lead data. It tests up to 26 versions of a step and stops a lead who replies anywhere. See how sequences work.

CRM and integrations: Oxygen vs Deepline

Does Deepline have a CRM, and how does Oxygen's compare?

No. Deepline's llms.txt names HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio as the system of record that Deepline writes to, so deals and replies live in your CRM. Oxygen's CRM keeps companies, people, deals and objects you define, with every reply on the timeline, free on every plan.

Which CRMs does Deepline sync with, and which does Oxygen?

Deepline leads here. On Growth, Salesforce, HubSpot and Attio sync into Deepline in real time and Plays write back; Plays also read and write Pipedrive, Zoho and Affinity. Oxygen syncs both ways with HubSpot, pushes to Attio, imports from Pipedrive and has no Salesforce sync. See the integrations page.

Workflows and AI: Oxygen vs Deepline

What can AI do in Deepline, and can coding agents drive it?

Coding agents drive both through an MCP server, a CLI and an API, and both run AI over rows with cited research. Deepline's pages show no assistant inside its app. Oxygen adds an AI assistant in the web app, where you choose whether it asks before sends and larger paid steps. See the CLI and MCP server.

Pricing and security: Oxygen vs Deepline

How does Deepline pricing compare with Oxygen for a small team?

Deepline costs $0 or $395 a month plus usage, and a small team that sends also pays for a sequencer. Deepline sends no email or LinkedIn, so the table shows no Deepline price for these setups. Oxygen is one plan per workspace from $49, sending included. See Oxygen pricing.

Is Deepline SOC 2 compliant, and is Oxygen?

Deepline is ahead. Its security page claims SOC 2 Type 2 with the report under NDA, though its ZoomInfo comparison page says in progress. It adds SSO on Enterprise, a public subprocessor list and a status page. Oxygen publishes a DPA and a subprocessor list, with no SOC 2 report, SSO or status page.

How do you get your data out of Deepline?

Both make your data easy to take out. Deepline exports runs to CSV and answers SQL through its API at up to 1,000 rows a call. Each workspace gets a Postgres database you can copy out in full. Oxygen has free CSV export, API export, read-only SQL and the option to attach your own Postgres.

Does Deepline have a free plan, and does Oxygen?

Both are free to start. Deepline's Pay as you go has no platform fee, card or minimum. You pay for managed data as you use it, and own-key calls are free up to 50K a month. Oxygen's free workspace includes 250 credits once, the CRM, tables and workflows. Sending needs a paid plan.

Switching from Deepline to Oxygen, or running both

Carries over

  • Enriched records, exported from Deepline as CSV and imported into an Oxygen table.
  • Your HubSpot data, which Oxygen syncs both ways.
  • Your own provider keys, used in Oxygen from the $99 plan.

Rebuilt in Oxygen

  • Plays written in TypeScript, which you rebuild as Oxygen workflows or table columns.
  • Monitors, Engines and their history, which stay in Deepline.

Oxygen has no Deepline integration. The path both document runs through HubSpot: Deepline Plays write contacts to HubSpot, and Oxygen syncs HubSpot both ways.

Oxygen vs Deepline FAQ

Clay vs Deepline: which is more reliable for high-volume enrichment?

Deepline's own Clay page says to test it: run one real job in both and record the failed rows. It says the main difference is where the work lives: Clay's visual workspace, or Plays a coding agent runs. Clay caps tables at 50,000 rows on Launch and Growth, and Deepline lists no row limit. Clay's docs suggest Enterprise, with bulk enrichment, for 10,000+ records a month, and Deepline advises a warehouse for audiences over 1 million rows.

How does Deepline pricing work?

Deepline charges a monthly platform fee plus usage: $0 on Pay as you go or $395 on Growth, at 10 credits to $1. Growth includes $200 of usage; no plan charges per seat. Own keys carry no markup, with 50K calls a month free on Pay as you go. Its pages disagree on whether managed misses cost credits. Oxygen starts at $49 a month with sending.

What are the Deepline CLI and MCP server?

Deepline's CLI is an npm package that coding agents run in a shell, and its setup adds skills for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Chat apps such as Claude Desktop use its remote MCP server, the standard way AI apps connect to outside tools. They add code.deepline.com/api/v2/mcp as a connector and sign in. Oxygen has a CLI and a hosted MCP server too, plus an AI assistant in the web app.

Can Deepline send emails or LinkedIn messages?

No. Deepline pushes enriched leads into sequencers such as Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist and HeyReach, which do the sending. Its llms.txt points to Resend or Postmark for transactional email. Oxygen sends email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps from its own sequences, with inboxes at $4 a month.

Is Deepline SOC 2 compliant?

Its security page says yes: a SOC 2 Type 2 report verified by Sensiba and shared under NDA during procurement. Its ZoomInfo comparison page still says in progress. SSO is on its Enterprise plan. Oxygen has no SOC 2 report; it publishes a DPA and a subprocessor list.

Can I use Deepline and Oxygen together?

Yes, through HubSpot, though Oxygen has no Deepline integration. Deepline Plays write enriched contacts to HubSpot, and Oxygen syncs HubSpot both ways. Both can also push leads into the same Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist or HeyReach campaigns.
